Luxury Dog Bed For Taloola

Taloola is a Chihuahua. She feels she is a princess.

I haven't owned a small dog for over 30 years and this little Chihuahua was quite a new experience for me. She is the first dog I've owned that squints when displeased, who smiles with her eyes, and who definitely feels her comfort needs are the top priority in every one's life.

The main focus of Taloola's day is her dog bed. A very close second is the blanket that is in the dog bed. Even food takes a back seat to these items. The quandry is that Taloola's bed is showing some age, and what's worse is that the two cats have shown up using her bed if she wanders out to use "the facilities".

I won't be quite so fictional to say that Loo has been shopping pictures for her perfect dog bed, but I have a darn good idea of what she would think to be the top choices.

Yes . . . this is Taloola's ultimate luxury dog bed pick.

With it's white nyon mesh canopy, cotton-candy pink bows and matching pink pillow, this is what she would say is all the rage for a princess pup.  Of course the raised sleeping area would protect her from cold floors and drafts and it is lightweight so I can move it to any location she desires.  With the machine-washable pillow, we can insure her bedding is always clean and smelling fresh.  And, five-star reviews certainly seals the deal.

We're still shopping, but I know she would settle for this baby in a heartbeat.  Now, how to keep sister Roxie out of her domain?

This is a close second in the Taloola picks.  Definately a different look, but it is the ultra comfort that this designer dog bed provides that makes it included in the list.

With luxurious microvelvet fabric and tufted cushions, this is comfort fit for a queen!  And, being ever concious of her beautiful white hair, knowing that the fabric repels dirt, pet hair and moisture, is a big bonus.  There are a large array of styles and colors and if Loo had her way, she would surely have more than one in our home to choose from, depending on her mood.

This bed comes in small, meduim, large and extra large for any of her friends to fit nicely in.

Oooh . . . now here is a dog bed that is just the ticket for home or travel. I tend to think in terms of functional use, because someone has to keep common sense in check here. This pet bed has draw strings so it can either set more open or snugged-up for cozy security and warmth.

Being washable and having color-safe fabrics, this is looking more promising all the time. This soft cocoon may only pose one major problem, and that is that the cats will surely look to this pet bed as a perfect spot to claim for a long, long nap. This bed only comes in small and extra small, so that neighbor German Shepard won't be a problem when he comes by for a visit.

Luxurious cotton twill fabric and tufted cushions all the way around make this a good contender. Strong zippered covers make for easy washing and it is machine-washable. The distinctive French toile pattern is favored, but the plaid design is also really nice. Any pet environment would benefit from this quality, beautiful bed.

Oh, the choices . . .  Dog Bed shopping can be exhausting!

I'm sure we all will agree with Taloola that a plush dog bed just isn't complete without a dog blanket to curl up with, or to completely cover up with.
