What you can use the Griddler for:

• Contact Grill - Perfect for cooking meats and vegetables in a short amount of time.  When grilling, the hinged lid closes gently over the food, adjusting to it's thickness.  A drain spout keeps the drippings away from the meat, allowing for a healthier meal.
• Panini Press - So great for grilling sandwiches, quesadillas, and a host of other great foods.  The unique handle and "floating" lid press the sandwich lightly, and heats it evenly.  When using the grill plate, you will end up with the traditional panini grill marks.
• Full Grill - Open the Griddler to it's full size and utilize all the surface area for burgers, steaks, fish, and vegetables.
